Rental Terms & Conditions
I. Length of Stay
The rental is granted for a fixed term as agreed by both parties. At the end of this period, the
agreement shall terminate automatically without further notice. Any extension must receive
the host’s prior written consent.
II. Financial Terms & Payment Policy
The rental price includes accommodation, cleaning fees, and basic supplies. A 50% depositis required upon booking to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid
no later than 10 days before arrival. Payment may be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or
SumUp.
III. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required before check-in. It will be returned within a fewdays after departure, following a property inspection, provided no damage has
occurred. PayPal is recommended for the convenience of the refund process.
IV. Cancellation Policy
• More than 30 days before arrival: full refund• Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days before arrival or no-show: no refund
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers accommodation.
V. House Rules
• No smoking inside the property• No pets allowed unless agreed in advance
• No parties, events, or commercial filming without prior written approval
• Maximum occupancy: according to the listing
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
VI. Inventory & Liability
The condition of the property is considered consistent with the photographs shown on ourwebsite. The guest is liable for any damage occurring during the stay. The host accepts no
liability for accidents, injuries, or illness occurring on the premises.
