1. Booking and Rental Agreement

• A booking becomes firm once the deposit has been paid and the rental agreement has been signed by both parties.
• Guests must provide identity, address, mobile number, email, number of guests and age range.
• Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Payment Schedule

The rental price includes accommodation, cleaning fees, and basic supplies. A 50% deposit
is required upon booking to confirm the reservation. The remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to arrival. 

3. Accepted Payment Methods

• Stripe (via the Maison Nomade Chic website)
• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• PayPal – the email address for the payment request must be communicated to Maison Nomade Chic after booking.

4. Security Deposit

• Maison Nomade Paris: €800
• Maison Nomade Perche: €200
• Maison Nomade Provence: €100
• The deposit must be paid 10 days before arrival via PayPal (preferred), Stripe or bank transfer.
• It is cashed and refunded within 48 hours following inspection.
• In case of damage, deductions may be made with documentation.
• Official website photos serve as reference for the expected condition.

5. Cancellation Policy

• More than 14 days before arrival: full refund.
• Between 7 and 14 days: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days: no refund.
• Amounts remain due in case of early departure.

6. No-show

Failure to arrive results in the full stay being charged.

7. Length of Stay

The rental period is defined in the agreement.

8. Number of Guests

• The maximum number of guests is stated in the reservation.
• Additional guests must be approved and may incur a surcharge.

9.Use of the Premises

• The houses are family residences intended for quiet use.
• No parties or noise disturbances are permitted.

10.Pets

Pets are not allowed, regardless of size.

11. Children & Elderly Guests

• Paris & Perche: children and elderly guests are welcome, with attention to stairs.
• Provence: not suitable for babies, children or elderly guests.

12. Safety & Liability

• Guests are liable for any damage they may cause.
• Holiday liability insurance is recommended.

13. Check-in & Check-out

• Paris: check-in 1 PM – check-out 10 AM
• Perche: check-in 3 PM – check-out 12 PM
• Provence: check-in 3 PM – check-out 12 PM

14. Cancellation by Maison Nomade Chic

In case of force majeure, an alternative or full refund will be offered.

15. Tourist Tax

Collected according to local regulations.

16. Housekeeping

• Housekeeping is included in all rentals.
• Sheets and towels are provided.

17. Professional Stays – Filming – Shoots

Subject to specific rates agreed in advance.

A confidentiality clause may be added if needed.

18. Energy Consumption

Details are specified for each home.
