Situated in the centre of the Perche region, only 10 minutes from Bellême, Mortagne-au-Perche, and Rémalard, Maison Oriane Perche is a completely restored 175m² farmhouse with the ideal hideaway for relaxation or remote work with high-speed WiFi. The rolling countryside, organic market gardens, and horse breeder nearby create a setting that encourages you to immerse yourself in nature and peace.
Rental from June to September only, the house has two levels with large living spaces, a fireside lounge with a cozy atmosphere, and a well-equipped kitchen with a six-seater dining table. In the bedrooms upstairs, there are oak parquet floors and central heating. In the outdoors, relax in the glazed summer barn, which has lounge seating and a large dining table, or discover the 3,000m² private garden. Open-air parking and an electric bike and hybrid car charging station are provided.
The owners, residing on site, look forward to greeting you with consideration for your privacy. Note: stair railings are currently under renovation for enhanced safety.
